Dr. Caitlyn Henderson grew up in Atascocita, TX just northeast of Houston with her two brothers. Her first internship was in Lexington, KY and she spent a year in Fort Collins, CO before making her way out to Ocala.

Dr. Henderson started competing in show jumping when she was 7 and was involved with FFA in high school. She met her husband, John, in college and has been married for 5 years.

She has a Dachshund mix named Ajax, a black domestic shorthair cat named Twister, and her retired 25-year-old Appaloosa gelding. In her free time, Dr. Henderson is a competitive powerlifter, avid reader and a talented sleeper.
